Terms of Use
These terms are the rules for using Tabhand. Please read them before you use Tabhand. By using Tabhand, you agree to these terms.
01Scope
These terms apply to the Tabhand app (Android and iOS) and to this site (tabhand.iru-yo.com). The operator is Hagakun.
Tabhand has no app account. There is no sign-up, and your data stays on your device.
02Age
Only people aged 18 or older may use Tabhand. If you are under 18, do not use it.
03Connected services
The agent runs on the model of the connection you register. In today’s Tabhand, you can register OpenAI and Anthropic API keys (key connection). If signing in with a ChatGPT or Claude account (direct connection) becomes available, those connections are treated the same way.
- The terms, usage policies and fees of the connected company apply between you and that company.
- You pay for AI usage to each company.
- You must follow the terms of the connected company.
- Tabhand is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic or any other connected company.
04Agent actions and your responsibility
The agent acts on your request by opening and operating tabs inside the app. The results of actions you approve, and of actions that your selected confirmation mode lets run without asking, are your responsibility. Before you allow an action, check on the approval screen what it does and where it goes.
There are three confirmation modes.
- Confirm everything: asks before every action.
- Confirm important actions (default): asks before actions judged important, such as purchases, submissions, deletions and typing on another site, and before always-confirmed actions.
- Confirm less: asks only before always-confirmed actions.
Always-confirmed actions require your approval in every confirmation mode: typing a value that looks like a card number or typing into a password field, navigating to a link that opens an external app, permission requests from a page, downloads, and choosing files.
05What cannot be fully prevented
The agent waits for your approval before purchases, submissions, deletions and similar actions. However, instructions hidden in web pages (prompt injection) cannot be fully prevented. On the approval screen, check what the action does and where it goes before you allow it.
AI output can be wrong. The agent may take actions different from your request, or tell you incorrect information.
If you choose “Confirm less”, fewer actions ask for approval. This raises the risk that an unintended action runs without approval.
06Prohibited uses
You must not use Tabhand to do any of the following.
- Break the law
- Infringe the rights of others (such as copyright or privacy)
- Violate the terms of a connected company or of a website you operate on
- Access systems or accounts without authorization
- Send spam or run mass automated actions
- Let people under 18 use it
- Attack or overload this site or the report endpoint (
/api/report) - Reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law permits
07Paid features
If paid features are offered, purchases, automatic renewals, cancellations and refunds follow the terms of Apple’s or Google’s store. Manage and cancel purchases in the store.
08Disclaimer
- Tabhand is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee the results of requests or that the agent’s actions will turn out as you expect.
- The operator is not liable for damages you suffer from the agent’s actions or from connected services, except in cases of the operator’s intent or gross negligence.
- Where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other laws do not allow this exclusion, it does not apply to that extent.
09Changes to and suspension of the service
The operator may change, suspend or end Tabhand without notice. The operator may also stop individual connection methods. For example, a connection method may be disabled by a remote flag.
10Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the change is announced on this page together with its date.
11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over the operator’s address has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute about these terms or Tabhand.
